Join me every Friday to build physical and mental endurance before stepping into the weekend! Experience dynamic stretching to prepare the body for movement, welcome your morning with a 25-30 minute run, and step into the studio for an active deep stretch to restore the muscles after movement.

About the event

Boost your cardio and build your physical and mental endurance for the day ahead.
Run and Restore will begin with 3-5 minutes of dynamic stretches to prepare the joints for movement, increase blood flow, and release tight muscles in order to prevent injury. We will then transition outside, and onto the pavement, for a beautiful 25-30 minute run.
Routes for class will alternate, but will be posted on @attune2you on instagram prior to class date.
After our run, expect to spend the rest of our hour together focusing on the deep connective tissues in a deep stretch that will target all the beautiful muscles we’ve worked during our run — think hamstrings, quads, calves, hip flexors.
